At Saavi, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and with all tags intact.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

For an exchange, the quickest method is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
